When something tastes good, people will do whatever they can to get their hands on it. We’ve all fallen victim to having our snack stolen from the workplace or share hours refrigerator. Even 40% of us admit to being a food or drink thief.
And when it comes to Coke Zero, the situation only gets worse. Look online and you’ll see hundreds, even thousands of people complaining about having their beloved beverage taken. We had to do something to help people protect their beloved beverage. So in partnership with Unit9, we created the worlds first ‘Security Can’, a regular can of Coke Zero you can actually open and drink is fitted with a motion detecting security camera to relay live footage of the person taking your Coke Zero. We created more than 50 cans in more than 10 languages, targeted high-profile influencers complaining about their Zero being taken, then equipped them with a Security Can kit to catch the thieves.
